The Babcock Project

This mini-documentary tells the powerful story of the revival of the historic Babcock building – a landmark in Columbia, SC that was abandoned for years. Tasked with creating social content for Berkadia’s HUD financing team, I led the creative direction and video production to bring this labor of love to life. Through the compelling narrative of a near-tragic fire and a determined collaboration between Berkadia and Clachan Properties, we witnessed how passion and teamwork can rescue a cherished piece of history. This project is a testament to the resilience and determination of everyone involved and, it’s a story that’s definitely worth a watch.
